The exhibition New
Jersey Artist Series: Kevin Patrick Kelly and Jowa Ndigirigi, A Kenyan
Collaboration features work by two artists who have crossed
geographical boundaries by integrating their personal cultural and
artistic perspectives in
their work. The work of Kevin Patrick Kelly of Somerset, N.J. and Jowa
Ndigirigi of Maralal, Kenya highlights the people, landscape and animal
life of an African region. Exhibited together between December 23,
2003 and March 28, 2004 at the Morris Museum, Kelly and Ndigirigi’s
work is offered as a way to celebrate global diversity.
