***CAPTION GOES HERE***
Wendel White's path began with the residents of Whitesboro; over time he accumulated a multitude of images of people and places as well as oral histories and anecdotes. The gathering of material for this exhibition represents a culmination of process and passion that the artist shares with the public. White has recently been granted a Guggenheim Fellowship for his photography and is a Professor of Art at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Small Towns, Black Lives is on loan from The Noyes Museum of Art in Oceanville, New Jersey.
